Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective occupational therapy services. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Provide supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants. Qualifications: Active Arizona State Occupational Therapist License. Current CPR certification. Article 9 Certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
