Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population
between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued
growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients
throughout the lifespan. We are committed to delivering
high-quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Our team
of dedicated professionals strives to make a positive impact on the
lives of our patients and their families. Position Overview: We are
currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to
join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health
setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized
and effective physical therapy services. Responsibilities: Conduct
thorough assessments of pediatric patients' physical therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address
specific goals. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other
healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Provide
ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain
accurate and up-to-date patient records. Provide supervision of
Physical Therapist Assistants. Qualifications: Active Arizona State
Physical Therapist License. Current CPR certification. Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience working
with pediatric patients is preferred. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of
a collaborative team. Article 9 Certification Benefits: 401(k) with
