Development facilities, located in: Mesa, Arizona; Castroville,
California; Hollister, California; Carrollton, Texas; and North
Kingstown, Rhode Island—each offering unique local experiences,
from vibrant cultural scenes to historic charm. Key
responsibilities for this role include: • Design, scope, estimate,
submit for approval, construct, and start up projects in facility,
as requested by management. • Maintain and update AutoCAD files for
facility, including P&IDs, equipment, and facility design
drawings. • Support equipment operations via creating, updating,
and troubleshooting PLC programming. • Serve as a member of the
Task Form Team, as assigned by TFS Sr. Operations & Engineering
Manager. • Conduct Process Hazard Reviews (PHA) and maintain
Process Safety Information (PSI) • Support facility Safety and
Quality Systems. • Recommend and implement process improvements. •
Support improvements through interpretation of applicable design
codes. • Support and participate in Environmental Health and Safety
and quality department programs and requirements. • Perform other
duties, as assigned. REQUIREMENTS • BS in Chemical or Mechanical
Engineering • 1-2 years of experience in a process engineering
role; semiconductor or high purity chemical manufacturing
experience highly preferred. • Strong mechanical and electrical
aptitude. • CAD and SPC knowledge desired. • Excellent
communication skills. • Strong computer skills for Microsoft Office
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, JMP or other statistical software
packages. • Strong troubleshooting skills. • Demonstrated abilities
to work independently and as a team. • Physically able to lift up
to 50 lbs., stoop, bend, climb and reach. • Adhere to all safety
policies and procedures. • Ability to work well with others at all
levels of the organization. • Must have a valid Arizona drivers’
license and clean driving record • This is a safety-sensitive
position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer
drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job
functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness
