Position Summary We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a physician seeking a flexible schedule while still providing high-impact, relationship-based care to a vibrant and underserved community. Location: 4150 W Peoria Ave Phoenix, Arizona85029 Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care across all agespediatric through geriatricwithin the scope of family or internal medicine. Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results. Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans. Deliver patient education with a focus on prevention and wellness. Maintain timely and accurate charting (ICD/CPT coding). Collaborate with medical assistants, navigators, and clinic staff. Contribute to a culture of care thats community-rooted, equitable, and respectful. Adhere to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards including HIPAA and infection control protocols.
