schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates
must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is

employer-sponsored visa support. Job Overview: The Business Analyst
works closely with the Merchandising Operations Manager and
partners with the Merchandising, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Retail
Operations teams to obtain, analyze, and interpret robust data sets
that drive decision-making. This role focuses on translating
insights into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell
the story behind the data. Responsibilities : Identify and evaluate
strategic opportunities aligned with competitive positioning and
business objectives. Drive sales and margin growth through detailed
product performance analysis and data-backed recommendations.
Analyze category and industry trends and present clear, actionable
insights to leadership. Serve as the primary analytical partner for
the Merchandising organization. Develop and maintain analytical
tools, reports, and presentations to support promotional and
pricing decisions. Support item maintenance, cost updates, and
retail price changes through accurate data management. Partner in
the execution of promotional strategies, including planogram and
store layout initiatives. Apply strong attention to detail,
critical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset in all analyses.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive
informed decision-making and business growth. Operate as a
proactive, collaborative team member with a strategic focus and
ownership mentality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field Pricing
experience within corporate retail or finance preferred Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
and Access; SQL experience required Strong verbal, written, and
interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated expertise in data
analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting â?¯Leslie's provides
