Learn more at HonorHealth.com.ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryThe Logistics Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining the stockroom inventory accuracy, supporting advanced receiving functions (e.g., receipt exception resolution), and maintaining supply PAR areas. This role involves controlling inventory levels, requisitioning, issuing, crediting, and adjusting medical supplies and other controlled materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and preparing various records and reports.The position also performs periodic stockroom and PAR 5s audits, ensuring stock levels align with demand.

• Conduct inventory control, receiving, coordinate outbound shipments, and generate purchase requisitions in accordance with HonorHealth policies. Collaborate with Purchasing and Sourcing to maintain stockroom inventory, mitigate backorders, and adjust reorder points based on demand.
• Track supply usage patterns, recommend changes to minimum and maximum quantities to optimize stock levels and contain costs, and maintain a 99% fill rate on stock issues.
• Support nursing product inquiries and coordinate Procure to Pay (P2P) receipt exceptions resolution. Execute project plans for par enhancements, conversions, and space optimization.
• Document inventory returns, prepare returns to vendors, and account for obsolete, scrap, and unused materials, coordinating disposal or donations as appropriate. Serve as a resource to supply chain personnel and ensure daily tasks are on track.
• Participate in inventory counts, investigate variances, and reconcile with General Ledger. Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, rotate stock per FIFO, and document adjustments accurately.
• Ensure received items are properly entered into ERP, delivered to the correct department, and signed for. Maintain documentation and report delays or issues to the department director. Comply with infection control, OSHA, DNV, and Health Department standards.QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED required.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years in logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, or shipping and receiving.
