Picks and assembles orders as indicated on the pick list in an efficient and timely manner---
Works with receiving to unload freezer items from delivery trucks in a timely manner---
Inspects received products for damage and volume accuracy and documents accordingly---
Accurately stocks inventory in the assigned warehouse location and rotates product inventory to maintain a First-IN, First-OUT (FIFO) food storage system---
Partakes in warehouse upkeep and ensures the freezer is clean and organized---
Participate in the weekly warehouse meetings ---
Attend semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend---
Provide logistics support for Company events and functions outside of normal working hours---
Other duties as required from manager---
Obligation to answer to all management as requestedPhysical Requirements---
Able to work without sitting for extended periods of time, including standing and walking---
Able to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently---
Able to handle and move up to 165 pounds assisted frequently---
Working Conditions

Noise Level: Loud while indoors

Required to wear company provided insulated freezer suit while in freezer
o
Freezing temperatures between -55 and -15 degrees Fahrenheit
Other Requirements---
Conversational level English required; Business level English preferred---
Able to work weekends, holidays, afterhours, and 2nd Shift as needed ---
Has and maintains a clean driving record---
Maintains a positive attitude ---
Works efficiently independently and in a team---
Adapts to frequent changes in assignments and workload---
High school diploma or equivalent required ---
Minimum 1 year of general warehousing experience required---
2+ years of freezer experience preferredKnowledge and Skills---
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail---
Possesses basic mathematical knowledge such as counting inventory, weight and measurement conversions, combining, etc.---
Has strong communications and interpersonal skills---
Demonstrates awareness of proper warehouse safety procedures---
Forklift training and/or certification preferred---
Reach Truck certification preferred---
