Hiring Tractor/Trailer Mechanics. With $2,000 sign on bonus - $500 paid at 30, 60 days and $1,000 at 90 days. 2nd shift (4 days /10hr per day Schedule 3:30pm to 2:00am, Sunday thru Wednesday and/or Wednesday thru Saturday). 1st shift (4 day/10hr per day Schedule 5:00am to 3:30pm, Sunday thru Wednesday or Wednesday thru Saturday). Schedules are subject to change depending on shop needs. Required skills/traits. Two years of expereince or technical college prefferred, but all will be considered. Must have basic set of tools Organized and keeps clean tools and work area. Problem solving skills Excellent Communication skills Self-motivated Eager to learn/Fast learner Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills Good work ethic CDL license is a plus. Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining newer diesel trucks and trailers. Prefer Volvo and Cummins experience but not required.
