Job Description Work Closely with vendors to ensure bookings are made timely and communicated to carriers and forwarders Coordinate Direct Import orders with market sales and finance to provide timely reporting and documentation supporting the origin shipments Communicate with carriers and forwarders regarding Funko's requirements and equipment needs to support factory loading needs Coordinate air freight shipments to meet market shipping deadlines utilizing Global Logistics directed carriers Keep detailed records and report on key metrics as defined and needed Coordinate C-TPAT requirements and required record keeping to attain and maintain C-TPAT certification of factories in region Skills: International Logistics experience (2 years or more) Able to work independently and as a contributor of the Funko team Working knowledge of C-TPAT, quality and compliance standards Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Must have a passion and commitment to high compliance standards Company Description EmployBridge is the first and largest national staffing company specializing in manufacturing, working alongside top plants and facilities to provide jobs in production, quality, maintenance, supervision and all levels of management.
