NOW HIRING FOR A LARGE HOTEL COMPANY FULLY WORK FROM HOME MUST LIVE IN PHOENIX AREA Remote Customer Relations Rep Job Description:

• Provides customer service by responding to a wide variety of customer and member hotel inquiries and requests.
• Resolves guest and member issues to satisfaction.
• Will handle some calls involving angry or upset customers
• Requires knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies and procedures.
• Assists in retaining customers for the brand in order to provide future revenue for the members. Remote Customer Relations Rep Location:
  • FULLY REMOTE (must live in Phoenix area) Remote Customer Relations Rep Pay:
    • $17.98 hr.
    • Bonus potential $200-$400 a month
    • $50 a month towards Wi-Fi Bill
    • All equipment provided Remote Customer Relations Rep Hours: Must have open Schedule availability 7am-8pm Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Saturday-Sunday Remote Customer Relations Rep Experience:
      • Call Center
      • Customer service
      • Inbound calls
      • Data Entry
