Then, you'd tailor your care approach to best meet those needs.Our comprehensive CAREGiver training covers specific tasks and care techniques in much more detail.--Home Instead CAREGivers provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes. These services are meant to enhance the quality of life for seniors.   • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
