Position: Plaintiff Employment Attorney Location: Anywhere in the CA - flexibility to work from home Qualifications: 2-10 years of experience with employment law - plaintiff or defense candidates welcomed Experience taking and defending depositions Experience attending mediations and drafting/opposing motions Comfortable attending court appearances Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws J.D. & good standing with the CA bar Why Join Us?
