Qualifications 3 years of civil litigation experience. Medical
malpractice or insurance defense preferred but not required.
Experience evaluating medical records, claims files, preparing and
arguing law and motion, court appearances, taking depositions and
preparing status evaluation reports. JD from an accredited law
