Job Description:
At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we're hiring a highly technical ID
Manager II to join our DCC Communities team, focusing on identity
management across a dynamic cloud computing environment. This role
involves developing and implementing identity and data management
solutions that support both AWS and our global customers. The
successful candidate will be at the forefront of managing the
technologies and processes that ensure our data and identity
systems uphold the highest standards of security and efficiency.
Lead the design and implementation of identity management
strategies and frameworks. Administer and oversee identity
governance, identity provisioning, and role management systems.
Collaborate closely with IT security teams to integrate identity
solutions that align with AWS's cloud security protocols. Drive
continuous improvement initiatives in the identity management
domain, implementing advanced technologies and methodologies.
Manage cross-functional projects with large-scale system
deployments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal
standards. Provide technical guidance and leadership to identity
management teams, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Expertise in identity management systems such as IDM, Active
Directory, or Oracle Identity Manager. Strong background in cloud
security practices and IT infrastructure. Solid understanding of
compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA. Proficiency
with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Powershell.
Experience in working with AWS cloud services (e.g., IAM, S3, EC2).
Strong project management and interpersonal skills. Medical
