As a Housekeeper, you will play an integral role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises, ensuring our guests' satisfaction and loyalty. Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming. Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities. Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., cleaning carpets, washing windows). Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis. Dispose of trash and recyclables. Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and adhere strictly to safety and sanitation standards. Certification from the International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA) is a plus.
