Design and implement unique culinary experiences that embody a spirit of adventure, tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements. Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and creativity. Engage with guests to gather feedback and adjust experiences accordingly to exceed guest expectations. Train and mentor F&B staff on Kembara service standards to ensure consistency across operations. Utilize and manage resources efficiently to provide exceptional service while maintaining budgetary guidelines.
