We provide exceptional training and a clear career path.About This Position:The Food Service Supervisor performs a variety of kitchen duties as assigned and/or instructs inmate labor in preparation and serving of correctional facility meals in accordance with departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions.Please note: Supervisory duties are in relation to supervising inmate labor.What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year or more of experience working in a food service role
  • Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
