Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Mesa, AZ at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while gaining experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting. Active Arizona State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred. Competence with comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and outpatient documentation formats, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry, preferred. Ability to supervise and mentor students and direct discipline-specific therapy services preferred.
