Job Description:
Job Description Healthcare United is seeking a
Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join an
established Healthcare System in 45 minutes south of Richfield,
Illinois in Adams County. Sub-specialty support is available in
virtually every field. Lab, x-ray, 3T MRI, and extremity CT are
present in the clinic building’s diagnostic center. Requirements
BC/BE in Vascular Surgery Board Certification is an expectation of
all of our physicians. Base salary is at or above the MGMA median.
Physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan
based on work production as measured by WRVU’s. Benefits 3 or More
Years of Practice Experience: $600,000/year plus productivity
incentive bonus plan. Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and
AD & D insurance. Malpractice coverage with tail. Pension plan plus
tax-deferral option. Employee child care center. Six weeks annual
paid time off. One week of CME. $5,000 professional expense
allowance. Direct from Training: $555,000/year plus productivity
incentive bonus plan. Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance
