Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,567 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 9 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position ID: 76110084 Shift: AM (07:00 – 19:30)3 12 hr shifts 36 hrs/week12 hrs per shift Description: Critical Care Float PoolCOVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.Start dates: 3/30End date: 5/30Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday)Up to 1 week (3 shifts) of pre-approved time off will get at time of interviewThis assignment will float between our Main and Arrowhead Locations: Main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016- (PICU, CVICU, NICU and acute care) Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308This assignment will require floating to between CVICU, NICU, and PICUExperience: 2 years experience as an RN in pediatric critical care. Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred. Children s hospital experience preferred.Education Requirements: Associate or bachelor s degree in nursing.Certification/License/Registry Requirements: Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
