Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,085 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85001! ID: 74213959 Shift: 12H Nights 12 hr shifts, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage Description: Unit CONSIDER 18 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IF COMING FROM A NEURO ICU UNITMUST HAVE LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXP MUST HAVE EVD EXPERIENCEFIRST TIME TRAVELERS ACCEPTED Medical Solutions Pre-Screens, if clinical recommends, AUTO OFFERcandidate is required to pass DYS exam PRIOR to accepting. 2 attempts, if failed, DNU for 6 months with CS AZ and Sac Region 50 mile radius rule, DL is source of truth, please include with submission, no local rates*Travel Teams must have their own vehicles*must have natural hair color and no facial piercings*men must clean shave for fit test*pass fail exam on day 1 of orientation - details to followDAY 1 PASS FAIL EXAM: STUDY GUIDE PROVIDED WIH FDICAN BE FLOAT TO MS TELE /TELE FLOORSSIMs Lab: All RNs will be expected to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes, with the exception of NyICU & ED. NyICU only has to do Foley catheter insertion. ED does Foley catheter insertion but does port-a-cath insertion instead of central line dressing change. This is for travelers going to St. Joseph main campus &/or St. Joseph Westgate campus. NOTE - SIMs lab is pass/fail & nurses have been termed during SIMs Lab for breaking sterile field. Those travelers that understand sterile field typically pass SIMs Lab skills (See separate notes for the specific checklist IF traveler asks for additional details). The hospital expects that every nurse is competent in these areas, especially maintaining sterile field, as these are nursing skills that are performed frequently. NOTE: if a candidate indicates that they are not competent in either of these areas, they are probably not a good fit. In addition to SIMs Lab, they will also go through lifts, restraints, & wound care, but these are just educational based since the equipment & policies can be different facility to facility.
