We are open to helping you grow in that area Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Clinic Hours: Mondays-Fridays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Flexible schedule and work from home opportunities Salary: Pay range $75,000-85,000/year $10,000 annual bonus available Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance 401K with company match Requirements: Essential Functions: Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning) Monitor child’s progress on treatment goals and make data-based decisions Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation Understand medical necessity criteria and any ongoing updates Provide family treatment guidance as necessary Be an active participant in all collaboration and/or stakeholder meetings Cover direct sessions if needed Meet BACB and best practices supervision requirements Competencies: Basic Computer & Internet knowledge Clear communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Has great attention to details Playful and creative Critical thinking Multi-task Interpersonal skills Leadership skills Conflict resolution skills Requirements :? Masters Degree Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB Licensed, or Licensure eligible, Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners Pass required background checks Possess a fingerprint clearance card Playful and creative Experience with the pediatric population Reliable and punctual Strong initiative? Professional Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of technological applications Must have reliable transportation CPR and First Aid Certification Can work effectively in fast paced environments Physical Requirements :?
