Position Overview The Director of Nursing provides clinical leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory accountability for all nursing services. This role partners closely with executive leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure: Exceptional patient care Consistent survey readiness Strong staff development and retention High-performing quality and compliance outcomes The ideal candidate has progressed from hands-on patient care into leadership and knows how to balanceclinical excellence, compliance, performance metrics, and team engagement. What Youll Own Clinical leadership for Home Health nursing operations Survey readiness, audits, and regulatory performance Staff accountability, coaching, and professional development KPI/KQI performance and continuous quality improvement Clinical decision-making that directly impacts growth and outcomes Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and day-to-day clinical leadership across nursing operations Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and accreditation standards Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff Drive quality outcomes through KPI/KQI monitoring and performance improvement initiatives Maintain continuous survey readiness and lead nursing efforts during audits and surveys Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Executive Leadership on staffing, training, and retention Support budgeting awareness and responsible clinical resource utilization Champion a culture of patient-centered care, integrity, accountability, and excellence This Role Is for You If You: Have real Home Health leadership experience Know Medicare, surveys, and compliance inside and out Can lead peoplenot just policies Thrive in performance-driven environments Want your voice heard at the leadership table Qualifications Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience (field or leadership level) Proven leadership experience in nursing administration or management Preferred: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration Credential Requirements: Valid drivers license and insured vehicle Current TB test CPR or BLS certification Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Two forms of ID Core Competencies Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices Experience managing clinical quality metrics and outcomes Effective leadership, coaching, and team-development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining clinical excellence What We Offer Leadership autonomy Executive-level partnership Robust bonus structure Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) program Life and disability insurance Long-term growth within a multi-division organization Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the care continuum Ready to Lead?
