Contract Type: Travel Contract Shift Type: Three 12-hour day shifts
per week, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (day), plus occasional required 24-hour
on-call shifts Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
with urgency and compassion Perform rapid assessment and triage to
prioritize care in the ER Initiate and manage treatments,
medications, and interventions according to protocols Collaborate
closely with physicians, techs, and support staff to coordinate
patient flow Document assessments and care accurately in the EMR
(Meditech 6.0 preferred) Respond professionally and decisively
during 24-hour on-call situations Educate patients and families
about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans Qualifications
Active RN license (Arizona or compact license eligible) required
BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred Prior ER nursing experience
required; travel nurse experience strongly preferred Comfortable
taking scheduled 24-hour on-call shifts Familiarity with Meditech
6.0 is a strong plus Strong clinical judgment, multitasking
ability, and excellent communication skills Education ADN required;
BSN preferred Knowledge & Skills Emergency assessment and triage
expertise ACLS/BLS clinical skills and advanced cardiac monitoring
IV therapy, medication administration, and wound care Proficiency
with electronic medical records (Meditech 6.0 preferred) Calm
decision-making in high-acuity situations Teamwork, clear
