A physician-owned, non-profit, integrated medical group in Phoenix is adding an Otolaryngologist to their team!The group includes over 650 providers across all major medical and surgical specialties, offering a solid in-house referral base. Practice Details Join 2 ENT, Physician Assistant and Audiologist General bread/butter otolaryngology Head/Neck Fellowship training is welcome but not required Call 1:3 (Light - 10-days/month of home pager call) No facial trauma is required (in-house trauma team with residents) Strong primary care referral base from their many outpatient clinics in the area Teaching and Research opportunities (7 residency & 3 fellowship in-house programs) Compensation/Benefits: Generous salary Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Long-term disability/AD&D insurance Sign-on/Relocation 4 weeks PTO in first 3 years / 5 weeks after 3 years 10 paid holidays annually 40 hrs CME with a $4K allowance 401K with up to 6 percent employer match Paid malpractice w/ tail coverage Phoenix, Arizona - Valley of the Sun Phoenix boasts lush desert landscapes, numerous hiking trails, luxury accommodations, iconic sunsets, a vibrant downtown, and an array of award-winning cuisines.
