registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. A healthcare facility in Prescott Valley, AZ is
seeking experienced registered nurses with a strong background in
stepdown care to support patient units including Progressive Care,
Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical departments. This contract role
offers an opportunity to demonstrate clinical expertise in a
dynamic environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
provide exceptional patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients across
PCU, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units. Monitor patient
conditions and respond promptly to changes in status. Collaborate
with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and
implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and
treatments according to protocols. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in accordance with facility standards. Desired
Qualifications: Current state RN license. Minimum of 2 years
experience in medical/telemetry nursing. At least 1 year of
experience working in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Certification
in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life
Support (BLS). Strong assessment, communication, and critical
thinking skills. Location: Prescott Valley, AZ Prescott Valley
