Occupational Therapist - School Location: Gilbert, AZ Agency: Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. Pay: $199 per week Shift Information: Rotating Start Date: ASAP About the Position Weekly Pay $51.67/hour - OT at Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital Gilbert, AZ - Assess patients functional abilities and create individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. - Deliver therapeutic interventions targeting activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, cognitive function, and upper extremity strength. - Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and physicians. - Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and the use of assistive equipment. - Accurately document patient progress and interventions in electronic health record systems. - Participate in discharge planning and setting of patient-centered goals. - Maintain required licensure, certifications, and adhere to professional and ethical standards. - Preferred experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation settings. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. - Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
