Qualifications: Meets the qualifications as established by APTA
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in state of occupancy Must
hold a Doctorate in the field of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an
accredited program Current valid BLS CPR card Reliable
transportation, valid driver's license and current auto liability
