Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Physical Therapist - Discipline:Therapy - Duration:12 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:8 hours, days - Employment Type:Travel Home Health setting seeing 4-7 patients per day. Must have experience with Oasis and Home Care Home Base. M-F 8-5. On-call discussed in interview.
