This executive works closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership to drive operational excellence, optimize resources, and implement business strategies that support growth and sustainability. One California Responsibilities • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s vision. • Proven track record of successfully managing hospital operations, improving patient outcomes, and achieving financial targets. • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Collaborate with executives to drive company-wide initiatives and innovation. • Oversee business processes, resource allocation, and work-flow optimization. • Monitor key performance metrics and ensure financial goals are met. • Optimize budgets and drive cost-effectiveness across departments. • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and senior managers. • Foster a high-performance culture and ensure employee engagement. • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry compliance standards. • Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company. Qualifications Education and Experience: • Bachelors Degree • Masters degree in hospital administration or a closely related field preferred • A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible administrative experience within a major healthcare institution, preferably in an acute care setting. • At least five (5) years of experience in administrative management, demonstrating effective leadership in healthcare operations. • A proven track record of successfully expanding service lines and driving organizational growth. • Progressively responsible administrative experience in a major healthcare institution, preferably in an acute care setting • In-depth knowledge of California healthcare regulations and labor unions, with specific experience in construction and contract management.
