Job Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Operating Room (PEDS OR) Join
our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the
Pediatric Operating Room (PEDS OR). In this role, you will provide
exceptional perioperative care to children undergoing surgical
procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the
process. Key Responsibilities: Prepare pediatric patients for
surgery by assessing their health status and addressing concerns
from families. Assist surgeons during procedures by managing
sterile environments and ensuring all necessary equipment is
available. Administer medications and monitor vital signs during
surgery to ensure patient stability. Collaborate with
anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to
deliver comprehensive care. Provide post-operative care by
monitoring recovery and educating families on follow-up
instructions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
throughout the perioperative process. Work Environment: The role is
based in hospital operating rooms specializing in pediatric
surgery, requiring quick decision-making and adaptability in
