Job Description:
The RN OR Circulator provides professional nursing care in the
operating room, responsible for evaluating and documenting patient
care throughout perioperative and outpatient settings. Must hold
current RN licensure, with at least one year of OR experience,
BCLS, and ACLS certification within six months; PALS preferred.
Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are
required. Physical abilities include lifting up to 50 pounds,
pushing/pulling 100 pounds, standing for long periods, and
performing physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and
maneuvering small objects. Must be capable of working irregular
hours, with exposure to blood, body fluids, and chemicals. This
role requires physical endurance, mental alertness, and adherence
to safety and hygiene standards.
