Job Description:
Join a state-of-the-art 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility
offering a $20,000 commitment incentive bonus.
Be part of an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive care
to adult and geriatric patients recovering from stroke,
neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic injuries.
Assist in assessing patient needs, developing and implementing
occupational therapy interventions, and evaluating treatment
outcomes.
Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapist
Assistants, technicians, and students, with opportunities to assume
supervisory roles.
Ensure patient safety, reduce errors, and maintain high standards
of care while working in a supportive, team-oriented
environment.
Qualifications include current Texas OT licensure, effective
communication skills, CPR/BLS certification, and prior experience
preferred.
