The Senior Director of Product Strategy will lead the overarching
AI first product strategy across our suite of payor, provider, and
network-facing solutions, all designed to radically transform
reimbursement flows in healthcare. This strategic leader will
define the long-term vision, align product roadmaps to business
objectives, and oversee product-specific partnerships that enhance
our platform's value. Reporting to executive leadership, this role
will play a critical part in shaping the company's product
direction and market positioning.

Primary Responsibilities -
Develop and evolve a unified AI first product strategy that
integrates payor, provider, and network product offerings to
streamline reimbursement processes -
Align product vision and priorities with company goals, regulatory
changes, and emerging healthcare ecosystem needs -
Lead strategic planning and cross-functional alignment across
product, engineering, business development, and operations teams

Identify and evaluate market opportunities, emerging technologies,
and competitor landscape to guide product differentiation -
Build and manage strategic partnerships that enhance product
capabilities, drive distribution, or unlock new revenue streams

Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson internally and
externally, articulating the product vision to customers, partners,
and investors -
Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure product success and
strategic alignment -

Qualifications:
10+ years of product strategy or product leadership experience,
with at least 5+ years in healthcare technology -
5+ years of experience building and scaling AI first platform
strategies that unify diverse stakeholder needs (e.g., payors,
providers, networks) -
5+ years of experience working within or alongside health plans,
health systems, or healthcare data platforms -
5+ years of experience with healthcare regulatory frameworks,
value-based care models, and interoperability standards -
5+ years of experience with strategic AI first thinking with the
ability to synthesize complex market dynamics into actionable
product roadmaps -
5+ years of experience of healthcare reimbursement systems,
especially payor-provider interactions and administrative processes

5+ years of experience with product intuition with the ability to
evaluate features, workflows, and user experience for provider and
payor personas -
5+ years of experience at identifying, structuring, and negotiating
product-focused partnerships -
Able and willing to travel up to 25%

The salary range for this role is $150,200 to $288,500 annually
based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with
all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary,
