As a Branch Manager/Outside Sales, you will:

Branch Management:

Oversee all aspects of the branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and personnel.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets, profitability goals, and operational efficiency.
Manage and mentor branch staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, building strong and lasting customer relationships.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize losses.
Maintain a safe and organized branch environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, marketing) to ensure smooth operations and achieve company objectives.
Manage branch budget and expenses effectively.

Outside Sales:

Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the industrial supply market in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute effective outside sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
Conduct regular sales calls and visits to potential and current clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve profitable growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
3-5+ years of experience in industrial sales, with some experience in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of industrial products and their applications (pipes, valves, fittings, and instrumentation)
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, plus commission.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
