Job Description:
Vehicle Test Technician TPG is seeking a motivated, dependable,
and safe Vehicle Test Technician Level 1 to support an automotive
testing company in Wittmann, AZ. This is a great opportunity to

ability and willingness to learn, and be detail oriented. Essential
Job Duties 1-3 years of experience as an automotive technician
(required) Maintain and clean garage equipment, tools and ensure
they are always safe and usable Conduct detailed vehicle
inspections. This may include checking all vehicle fluids, air
pressure, and function of components Assist in collecting data
through various data acquisition systems and communicate in
accordance with customer protocol Document tests, repairs, and
configurations in descriptive and understandable notes Assist with
installing instrumentation on vehicles and measure objective data
Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Show
ability to learn technically complicated testing Self-motivated and
having a great attitude are a must Be prepared to work weekends or
overtime if test validation is necessary Be willing to work
overnights when required for specific test validation Be open to
continued education that may be offered by the customer or employer
Be highly organized, dedicated to assignments and committed to
safety Must be able to understand and operate current electronic
office equipment (PC hardware and Microsoft Office software
(Word/Excel) and interface with data collection devices Able to
work cooperatively in diverse and challenging environment Have good
command of the English language with good written and verbal
communication skills Highly detailed attitude with focus on quality
over quantity on all testing Education & Job Requirements High
School Diploma/GED Associates Degree with an emphasis in Automotive
or related field (plus) Valid Driver's License with dependable
driving record is required Able to pass a drug screening Physical
and Environmental Job Requirements Standing, bending, stooping,
reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, carrying and moving items of
up to 50 lbs and more Ability to perform essential job functions in
an environment with varied noise levels The shop environment may be
dusty, noisy and open to interior temperature changes
(cold/hot/humid weather) IMPORTANT ITEMS Safety Sensitive position
requiring all persons assigned to activity be drug free and pass
drug screen.
