Job Details Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
required; Associate’s degree or technical certification in avionics
or electronics preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience working
with aircraft avionics systems (military or civilian). FAA Airframe
& Powerplant (A&P) and/or Repairman Certificate preferred.
Strong understanding of digital and analog electronic systems.
Ability to work from heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in
various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail and
problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience
working on military aircraft or high-performance jets. Familiarity
with military or FAA technical documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft avionics
and electrical systems including communication, navigation, radar,
flight control, and surveillance systems. Use test equipment such
as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment to
diagnose issues. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics,
blueprints, and technical manuals. Perform regular and preventive
maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company
procedures. Document work performed and ensure accurate maintenance
records are maintained. Collaborate with engineering and
maintenance teams to resolve technical problems. Adhere to all
safety protocols, quality assurance standards, and regulatory
