Duties What’s it like to be a Twos Teacher here? ? Cheer on toddlers as they master new skills and show off their growing independence ? Turn curiosity into hands-on activities that make learning fun ? Share the day’s adventures with parents—whether it’s a new word, a silly story, or a milestone worth celebrating ? Work side by side with other passionate teachers while continuing to grow in your career Requirements What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience is awesome (but we’re open to training the right person!) Completed state-required pre-service training (or ready to get it done!) Loves building strong connections with kids, families, and teammates Stays cool and professional, even when things get a little hectic Can lift up to 50 lbs (because sometimes little ones need extra help or snuggles!) Infant Toddler teachers: able to safely lift babies in and out of cribs Must meet background check requirements Nice To Haves 6 months experience in childcare, teaching or other related fields (desired) Current TB within the last 6 months CPR and First Aid certified Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card Benefits Paid time off 401 K Education assistance Childcare benefits Workplace perks and flexible work schedules
