Wednesdays (subject to change) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM –
4:00 PM (Arizona Time) Job Description We are seeking a reliable
and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our outbound
call center team. In this role, you will proactively contact
clients to provide updates on their orders, ensuring timely
communication and a positive customer experience. Employees will
work from a prioritized list of orders, contacting customers via
phone and email to communicate order status updates. This position
requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple
tasks, and comfort using internal systems to track outreach and
document customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Make outbound
phone calls and send emails to clients with order status updates
Work from a prioritized order queue to ensure timely client
communication Accurately document customer interactions and updates
in internal tracking systems Follow established processes to ensure
consistency and data accuracy Collaborate with internal teams as
needed to resolve order-related issues Maintain professionalism and
excellent customer service standards at all times Job Requirements
Previous customer service experience required Call center
experience preferred Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred Reliable
attendance and ability to work onsite on Wednesdays Preferred
Qualifications Experience in outbound calling environments Strong
verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong
