Full-time Job Description (3 Key Points): Train under top-producing
mortgage bankers and learn proven sales strategies. Work with warm
leads and guide clients through the loan process. Deliver
exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships.
Qualifications: Sales experience required (any industry—retail,
inside sales, commission-based, etc.). Outgoing, competitive, and
motivated personality. Strong communication skills and a desire to
