Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Fountain Hills, AZ Salary: $25-358 DOE HVAC-Tech/ Installer $20-$28 DOE Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and experienced HVAC Technician to perform diagnostic, installation, and service work for residential HVAC systems. As an integral part of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues for residential properties. Perform installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Service and repair existing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance. Provide clients with detailed information about system conditions and recommended services. Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and explain options. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional, timely, and high-quality service. Work independently and as part of a team to complete assignments. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (residential preferred). Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to perform HVAC system installations and repairs. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
