Job Details We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to
join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. In this pivotal role, you
will oversee our HVAC service operations, managing a team of
skilled technicians to ensure the highest quality of service for
our clients. You will play a critical role in driving operational
efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving business
goals. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in
cultivating a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous

want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Lead, train, and mentor a
team of HVAC service technicians to deliver exceptional service and
client satisfaction. Develop and implement service strategies to
maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer loyalty. Oversee
the scheduling and dispatching of service calls, ensuring timely
and effective responses to customer needs. Monitor service
performance metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for
improvement and implementing corrective actions. Coordinate and
manage service contracts, warranties, and parts inventory to ensure
operational excellence. Foster strong relationships with clients,
addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate
with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless transitions
and communication between departments. Ensure compliance with
safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of
safety awareness. Conduct regular performance evaluations and
provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of
accountability. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in HVAC
service management or a similar role. Technical Knowledge: Strong
understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, equipment,
and service operations. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead,
motivate, and develop a team of skilled technicians. Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to engage with clients and team members effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
a focus on improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
