Senior Estimator Location: Phoenix, AZ Compensation: Base salary up to $130K depending on experience A reputable and growing general contractor in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with steel construction and commercial tenant improvement projects . Key Responsibilities: Lead estimating efforts for commercial steel and TI projects Analyze plans and specs to prepare accurate takeoffs and bids Collaborate with subs, vendors, and internal teams during preconstruction Track and manage historical data and cost benchmarks Support value engineering efforts and budget presentations Requirements: Experience estimating commercial TI and steel construction projects Strong understanding of construction methods, scopes, and sequencing Proficient in estimating software and construction tech tools Local market knowledge preferred Why Apply: Stable, well-respected General Contractor with a strong client base Supportive team environment with room to grow Base salary up to $130K depending on experience Contact me at jalen.thompson@gogpac.com or (605)705-3304 for a confidential conversation.
