Job Description:
Description If you enjoy servicing a portfolio of financial
clients, this could be the role for you! As a Client Service
Account Manager within the Client Service team, you will support a
portfolio of large corporate and/or financial institution clients
by allowing them to effectively utilize Payments Products and
Services. The Service organization acts as a central point of
resolution to support the client's business operations, identify
product/service gaps and development opportunities, and leverage
client/product expertise to recommend client growth and efficiency
opportunities. Job responsibilities: Advise and act as proactive
partner to the client, providing advice/consultation on decision
making Reach out to clients to assess progress, client
satisfaction, and potential impediments to a high level of service
satisfaction Act as client’s central point of resolution and
escalation for service issues, liaises with bank partners to manage
issues Convey complex ideas and client issues with confidence
Identify and address product/service gaps and development
opportunities, leveraging the full array of Treasury Services
product capabilities Adhere to and ensures client's compliance with
risk policies/practices and educates clients on new legal /
regulatory / Cyber changes Required qualifications, capabilities,
and skills: 5 years of relevant industry and/or functional
experience Intermediate understanding of Treasury Products and
Services, inclusive of knowledge of financial exposure/operational
risk related to TS transactions Technical knowledge/comprehension
to recommend value-added solutions for clients and partners Ability
to present oral and written communication in an organized, clear
and confident manner Manage time effectively in a fast paced
environment; demonstrating ability to balance competing priorities
and deliver on commitments Ability to effectively partner with
internal colleagues and external clients Ability to be flexible
with working hours and utilize virtual connectivity tools (VDI,
Blackberry/Good mobile suite, etc.) when business needs arise
