Job Description:

The Controller will join a small and efficient team, reporting to the CFO, and leading full cycle accounting. Our Client is a reputable General Contractor Construction company in Phoenix, AZ.
Oversight of day-to-day accounting operations and processes.
# Coordination of audits and communication with external audit teams.
# Management of fixed asset schedules and legal filings.
# Evaluation of subcontractor financials for project risk assessment.
# Supervision of accounts receivable and cash disbursement processes.
# Support for legal claims and administrative functions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with construction accounting experience.
Proficiency in payroll, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
Ability to generate accurate and timely financial reports.
Skilled in analyzing and reconciling financial data.
