West Coast Technical Sales RepresentativeProtect-All Flooring, manufacturer of recycled vinyl commercial flooring products, has a remote opening for a Technical Sales Rep that will travel in the West Coast Sales Region. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent benefits and growth potential. Position Responsibilities:To provide training and technical support to Protect-All customers, contractors and sales repsAssist in the Research & Development of new and existing productsHost visiting flooring contractors for in-house and field training seminars on a monthly basis and evaluate their performanceWill be responsible for warranty inspections, trouble shooting and weekly reportingDevelop and maintain training related documentsWill develop and maintain customer relationshipsInteract with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper ordering of Protect-All productsAssist with testing & ASTM information to support sales teamOther duties as assignedPosition Requirements:Associates degree or related equivalent experience in the flooring industryManagement or supervisory experience is a plusA minimum of 4 years of flooring installation experience or construction related experience preferredMust be organized and self-motivatedMust good Microsoft Office skillsMust be able to travel frequently (2 -3 weeks per month minimum)Must have knowledge of commercial flooring installation methodsPossess outstanding communication and presentation skillsMust have the desire to demonstrate installation methods during training classesCompensation & Benefits:Medical, dental and vision insurancePrescription drug programLife and AD&D insuranceShort- and long-term disability401(k) retirement plan with company contributionPaid time off and 8 paid holidaysTuition ReimbursementFlexible Spending Accounts / Health Savings AccountPaid suggestion and employee referral programsProtect-All Flooring, Division of Holcim Products and Services US LLC. is an equal opportunity employer, which values diversity in the workplace.
